We run our adult classes in 8 week sessions... one in the fall (we take a break during the hectic holidays), a winter session and a spring session, with the exception of our Adult Aerial, which is currently running year round!
We can accommodate groups of 5 or more for your own class in your choice of style! Just contact our office and we will do our best to fit your group into our schedule!
We offer Adult Aerial, Adult Barre Fitness, and often alternate between Adult Tap, Adult Contemporary, and Adult Jazz.
