We are always searching for personable, positive and organized members of our front end office team who are ready to make a difference!  We are searching for positive mentors for the next generation! You will play an imperative role in accomplishing NHAD's mission of offering top notch, professional instruction in the art of dance, helping lead our students to become great people through training in the art of dance and enriching our community.

This isn't your typical office job. We only hire exceptional over-achievers who are looking for a long term position and who want to play a role in impacting our dancers' lives. Job Responsibilities

  • Creating a WOW customer service experience, interacting positively with parents and dancers through email, FB Messenger, Instant chat, over the phone and in person.

  • Helping the director, business manager and teaching staff with a variety of projects related to studio events and business. No day will ever be the same!

  • Taking and posting payments.

  • Data Entry.

  • Vendor Orders.

  • Sorting and distributing retail products to clientele.

  • Attending and working at studio events wherever needed.

  • Posting and scheduling for social media.

  • Writing press releases.

  • Booking venues, travel and other event-related bookings.

  • Attending 2-3 yearly staff meetings.

  • Meeting deadlines with regard to specific projects.

  • Completing daily, weekly and monthly rhythms as presented.

Position Requirements

  • Pleasant and outgoing demeanor.

  • Experience with Google Suite a plus: Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Drive, etc.

  • Excellent computer skills, and the ability to learn our cloud based, Google Chrome based Studio Management software.

  • Experience with Dropbox a plus.

  • Experience with iTunes a plus.

  • Light bookkeeping skills a plus.

  • Creative mindset.

  • Candidates must have excellent, organization, effective verbal and written communication, creative and flexible teaching style, and an enthusiastic and warm approach with students.

  • Ability to work independently and take direction.
