Show #1 Dress Rehearsal:
Where: Pinkerton Academy’s Stockbridge Theater
When: Tuesday June 7th
Who: Dancers in Show #1
Doors Open 3pm
Arrive by 3:30pm
Start Time: 4pm
Finish: Latest routine 5:30pm
Show #2 Dress Rehearsal:

Doors Expected Open to Audience 3pm (will depend on Show #1 Audience clearing the auditorium.

Finish: Curtain Call approx 5pm
TICKETS:
CLAIMING YOUR RECITAL TICKETS
Each family is able to claim 6 tickets as part of your paid performance package.
Families with 2 dancers will be able to select up to 3 additional seats.
You will select your seats using an online ticketing platform.
This platform will open to you on Thurs
May 19 at 6pm.
You have SEVEN days to select your tickets before surplus tickets are released for sale on May 26, 2022 at 6pm..
All families with up to date accounts including your paid performance packages will receive a link with instructions and a code to select your tickets.
This link will be open to six tickets only for 7 days.
Watch your emails for your links and codes!
PURCHASING ADDITIONAL TICKETS
Any family wishing to purchase additional tickets for the recital may do so on a first come, first served basis. The ticketing platform will open for additional ticket purchases on Thurs May 26, 2022 at 6pm.
Cost for additional tickets is $25 plus the service fee.

RECITAL PICTURE DAYS:
RECITAL PORTRAITS
Once again, Ryan Smith will be providing the opportunity to have professional posed pictures of your dancers. This will take place at NHAD on Saturday May 21 and Sunday May 22.
*These photos are different than the photos included in your Performance Package. The performance package photos are actions shots taken during the performance.
Ryan will take posed studio shots of your dancer.
Photo day signups go live on Monday, May 2, 2022 at 5:30pm.
Dance sessions will be $45 each and include two high resolution images with many additional options.
Aerial sessions will be $55 each and include two high resolution images with many additional options.

How/when will we get our video download, tshirt & bag, action shots, livestream link, and medals?
You will receive the link to download action shots of your dancer(s) in the summer after the show via email. You may share this link with anyone you want, and there is no limit to the amount of downloads.
You will receive a link to download the videos of our show via email sometime in the summer after the show. You can share this link with whoever you want, and there is no limit to the amount of downloads.
You will receive a link to the livestream via email to our livestream that you can share with anyone you wish. We will also post this link here when we have it, as well as on Facebook.
We will distribute recital t-shirts, bags and medals at the studio during our final weeks of classes for the school year.

RECITAL MEMORY PACKAGES
We will once again be offering our amazing Memory Packages for $45. No need to stop at to pick up flowers or gifts for your dancers... we'll have your gift ready for you at the show! Includes half dozen glitter roses (white roses dipped in clear glitter- truly unique and beautiful!), a souvenir teddy bear with a t-shirt to match your dancer's recital souvenir t-shirt and an age appropriate stick balloon (something for all ages).
